Director of Talent
As Director of Talent, Dave supports CWC LA’s regional human resource and talent recruitment and development efforts. Prior to joining the team, Dave spent six years on Teach For America staff, first doing fundraising development work for the Teach For America – Connecticut region and most recently as the Director of Corps Member Policies and Procedures, where he led policy handbook development and retention strategy for Teach For America teachers across the country. After graduating from Wesleyan University with degrees in English and Psychology, Dave got his start in education as a Teach For America corps member, teaching 10th and 11th grade English at New Horizons, an alternative high school in New Haven, CT.
