FAMILY RESOURCES
As we near the beginning of the school year, we want to ensure all families continue to submit all necessary information to fully enroll in school – this includes immunizations.
The following resources are available for students who need to get immunizations prior to the first day of school, August 24, 2020:
–> LA County Department of Public Health [English | Español]
–> Provider Referral List [English | Español]
–> Free or Low-Cost Health Clinics [English]
–> Drive through immunization clinic: Families can schedule an appointment at the drive-up clinic by calling 323-653-1990 or online at sabancommunityclinic.org.
If making an appointment with your doctor, please specify the appointment request is for immunizations and school enrollment purposes.
