Citizens of the World Charter Schools are built on the belief that the diversity of our communities, and of the world at large, is a great strength. Through targeted outreach and recruitment, our charter schools are intentionally designed to reflect their surrounding communities and the larger society in terms of race, ethnicity and socioeconomic status. By learning, interacting and growing in a diverse setting, our students are preparing to thrive in the pluralistic society they will soon join.

REVIEW: CWC LA Regional DEI Strategy – 2020-21
Our multi-year DEI Framework will guide us over time. As our forever work, it will be an iterative process as we learn, grow, and build.
CWC Los Angeles DEI Expansion Fund
The DEI Expansion Fund is an initiative to build on existing DEI investments and strategies across the region to amplify our DEI work. By building an additional base of support and creating new partnerships around DEI, we will reinforce, deepen, and sustain our investments in our DEI priorities across all school communities over multiple years.
